General Terms and Conditions of Nexus Corporation

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nexus Corporation ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our services at nexus-corporation.net (together or individually “Service”) provided by Nexus Corporation GmbH.

2. Services Provided

Nexus Corporation specializes in facilitating a premium network for entrepreneurs, service providers, investors, and related parties. Our services include but are not limited to Event Management, Music Productions, Film Productions, Investments, Green Screen Studio Productions, Gastronomy Services, and other business services ("Services").

3. Payment Terms

a. For all services provided, the payment structure is as follows: 50% down payment, 30% after initial results, and 20% upon completion.
b. For mediation of orders and services, we charge a 10% mediation fee. For orders received through mediation, a referral fee of 5% applies, and a handling fee of 10%.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide necessary information and materials required for Nexus Corporation to perform the agreed services. Clients must adhere to the payment schedule and provide timely feedback and communication.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Nexus Corporation, including graphics, texts, visuals, and service outputs remain the intellectual property of the company until payment is made in full and rights are expressly granted to the client.

6. Liability

Nexus Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

7. Termination

The contract can be terminated by either party with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and does not correct the breach within a reasonable time frame.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all matters relating to the work undertaken confidential and not to disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Corporation operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
